Refund Policy - the basics
This Refund Policy describes how MusiGym handles refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments related to memberships, services, and purchases made through the MusiGym website or facility.
MusiGym provides access to creative environments, training programs, and professional music production resources. Due to the nature of these services and the reservation of time and resources, refunds may be limited.
This policy is designed to provide transparency regarding when refunds may or may not be available.
Refund Policy
MusiGym memberships provide access to the MusiGym facility, including production workspaces, recording environments, and other creative resources.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Membership fees are non-refundable once billing has occurred
• Members may cancel future billing according to the membership cancellation policy
• Access to the facility remains active until the end of the current billing period
Members are responsible for canceling their membership before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to be charged again.
Lesson and Coaching Sessions
MusiGym may offer lessons, coaching sessions, or mentorship services.
For scheduled lessons:
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• Missed appointments without proper notice may be forfeited
• Refunds for completed lessons are not available
If MusiGym must cancel a scheduled lesson due to instructor availability or operational issues, the session may be rescheduled or credited.
Studio Bookings and Reservations
Studio sessions or workstation reservations may be subject to scheduling policies.
If a member cancels a reservation in advance according to MusiGym booking guidelines, the session may be rescheduled.
Missed reservations without notice may be forfeited.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact MusiGym within 7 days of the transaction.
We will review the billing issue and correct any confirmed errors.
Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional situations, MusiGym may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
However, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management approval.
Policy Updates
MusiGym reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or service updates.
Updated versions will be posted on the MusiGym website with the revised effective date.
